2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the requested page or file, date and time, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system information, and the IP address or hostname.

The processing supports the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website and the detection of errors and misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of this website. According to STRATO, client IP addresses or hostnames are anonymised in the supplied log files, which remain available there for up to six weeks. A data-processing agreement is in place with STRATO.

3. Contact by email or telephone

When you contact us, we process the information you provide, particularly contact details, message content and any files sent, to respond to your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or pre-contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to other enquiries. Our legitimate interest is reliable business communication.

Email is provided through Google Workspace. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing by Google or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area cannot be excluded. Google provides contractual safeguards for such processing. Further information is available in the Google Workspace Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

We delete contact details and messages once an enquiry has been completed and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate reason for further storage applies. Business and tax documents may be subject to statutory retention periods. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without the necessary contact details.

4. Cookies, audience measurement and embedded content

The public website currently uses no contact form, embedded third-party media, analytics, marketing or profiling services such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. The theme sets no optional analytics or marketing cookies for visitors. If such functions are added later, this notice and any necessary consent controls will be updated before activation.

5. Encrypted transmission

The website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the server. Ordinary email is not automatically end-to-end encrypted. Please arrange a suitable method before sending particularly confidential information.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, email info@frankfurt-realestate.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany.
